Yes. Leora, Dana and Julie will continue to serve clients locally after the merger. Greg Halter will also be joining Carnegie and will continue to serve Laurel Grove Capital clients from the Cleveland office.

No. Carnegie has a long relationship with Charles Schwab & Co. Your account numbers, monthly distributions, statements and tax reporting will stay the same.
