Gregory Halter is Director of Research at Laurel Grove Capital. Greg joined the firm in 2017 after previously serving as Co-manager of RE Advisers Homestead Value Fund and Homestead Small-Company Stock Fund since 2014, bringing many years of experience in equity research as well as expertise in portfolio strategy and management. Prior to RE Advisers, he served as an equity analyst at Great Lakes Review for 16 years.

A graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.B.A. in Finance, he also worked as a Portfolio Manager at Premier Bank and Trust and as a Commissioned Bank Examiner for the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank.

Greg is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Cleveland.
