Marina Day is a Principal of Laurel Grove Capital. A graduate of Georgetown University, she also holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Pacifica and has for many years specialized in women's issues as a therapist and counselor.

She is a professional artist in residence at 18th Street Arts Center and is represented by the Pavel Zoubok Gallery in New York.

Her community involvement has included serving on the boards of Crossroads School, John Thomas Dye and Cate Schools, Children's Institute International, Mount St. Mary's College, Otis Art Institute, the CLARE Foundation, Vermont Studio Center, and The Carl Forstmann Foundation. Currently, she serves on the boards of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and the Theodore J. Forstmann Foundation.
